Taking good care of ourselves is not only our right, but it's also our responsibility,
both towards ourselves AND the world around us.
Because only through appropriately tending to our bodies and minds can we be our best possible selves (best at the given moment) which leads to living a truly fulfilling life that allows us to contribute to this world all that we were meant to bring into it.
I strongly believe that, but I also recognize that, even though we’re all human, we are also all wonderfully unique, and because of that, a single one-size-fits-all approach to well-being and living and a life aligned with one's true self simply doesn’t exist.

If you want to have a more resilient body and mind, to live a more balanced, creative, productive, fulfilling and mindful life, you need to take care of yourself holistically but also tailor that care uniquely to you.
In order to do that well, you first need to know who you are- underneath all of the outside conditioning- accept and cherish it about yourself, and strive to build a life that aligns with your true self, appreciating that what serves you may vary not only depending on who you are as an individual but also on your current circumstances which change from day to day.

Through my work as a holistic health & well-being guide, I strive to inspire true personal growth, authentic living and sustainable balance by empowering my clients to become their own guides by recognizing their own unique strengths, learning the basics of how they operate in their mind, body and energy and through that taje active responisbilty for building a life that is truly fulfilling and authentic to who they are.

What is the OCTA•HOLI Model?
I’ve developed the OCTA•HOLI model for Holistic Health & Well-being synthesizing my continuously advancing understanding of ancient wisdom of Ayurveda (along with many other ancient systems that come together to form the Human Design System) with contemporary lifestyle sciences (such as epigenetics, chronobiology, neuroscience, gut microbiome, positive psychology), and drawing from 15+ years of experience on studying and working with people. It is founded on the principles that health is more than the absence of disease, that we have the power to influence our physiology and psychology, and that true well-being comes from understanding, embracing, and tailoring one's lifestyle to their own unique nature and circumstances.​​
