
Back in 2015, I transitioned from being a vegetarian most of my life to being fully plant-based (vegan) and since then I've developed quite a lot of original, plant-based, mostly whole-food and refined sugar-free (and also many gluten-free) recipes for not only desserts, but savory main meals as well. I first did it simply because I wanted to eat healthier without depriving myself of delicious things. Later on, I began to share my recipes with people (either by selling the food I made or by guiding clients on how they could make/cook/bake healthier alternatives by themselves, in simple and easy ways).
For the longest time I've wanted to have all of them also online, but so far I've only been able to share about 1% of them. I really hope to publish more in the future.
