The Bad Kind of Sleeplessness - because there is a better kind as well... Before I fixed my sleep, my nights, up until my late twenties had been filled with all kinds of sleeplessness.. some more pleasant than others.. some work-related and some.. well just mind-filled to the maximum capacity of my mind-body and those were just insufferable...
